2. Website purpose and project enquiries

The website provides general information about our capabilities and allows you to make an enquiry. 8. Governing law, disputes, and changes

These website terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Courts with jurisdiction in Prishtinë will have jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory consumer or procedural law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns informally.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, our business, or applicable law; the effective date above identifies the current version.
